Purchase Withdrawal: If you made the purchase through VQ JEWELLERY, received the product in perfect condition, and yet you were not happy with the purchase, you can request through our call center to cancel the purchase. But stay tuned for the rules below.

Deadline for withdrawal from purchase: As dictated by the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), the customer who purchases through virtual stores, has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the withdrawal from the purchase.

Return of Merchandise: The merchandise must be returned through the post office with postage paid by the customer, to the address on the purchase invoice.

The product can not show any evidence of use.

ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above, will not be accepted as a return, and will automatically be sent back to the original address. Under these conditions, VANESSA QUINTILIANO JÓIAS will reserve the right to make a new freight charge.

Restitution of Values:

Boleto Bancário: Credit in current account within 10 working days.

There will be no refund of the freight charge.

ATTENTION: The refund of the amounts will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product (s) in our stock (the product cannot bring any indication of use).

NOTE: Any intention of cancellation must be communicated to VQ JEWELLERY before sending the product (s). Otherwise, requests will not be accepted.

Defect free products

New Product: The new product has up to 30 days to be replaced. Provided it is presented in the same condition as it was received / purchased (in the original packaging and unused).

"Remember that to make the exchange, the product must be in the original packaging and unused."

If you chose your product in our online store, but when you received it you were not pleased and want to replace it with another item. Observe the rules:

Return of Goods:

The product can not show any evidence of use.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.

The merchandise must be returned through the post office with prepaid postage and sent to the address in the purchase invoice.

Commodity Replacement:

You will be able to choose another item according to the stock available in our online store.

The choice should be limited to the product's limit value. If there is a difference in price for a larger one, the difference must be paid.

The customer must indicate on the back of the 2nd copy of the purchase invoice, the item chosen for exchange.

The product will be dispatched to the customer's residence, upon payment of new freight.

Here's how to request an order to assess alleged manufacturing flaws:

The goods must be sent through the post office to the address on the purchase invoice.

Return the product in its original packaging.

The customer must send the 2nd copy of the Purchase Invoice together with the product.

The customer must send in writing a brief report on the alleged defect to which the complaint refers, clarifying the problem, etc.

Analysis of product defects:

Defects will be assessed by our suppliers, from where we will receive the final report of the exchange order.

Average time for completion: 15 working days after receiving the product.

Favorable Report:

The customer will receive the replacement with the same product at the original address, without additional costs.

In the absence of the same product in stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another product for exchange, among the options available on the website, respecting the credit limit value.

If there is a difference in price between the chosen product and the product claimed, the difference must be paid.

Contrary to exchange:

The product will be returned to the customer with the letter / report of the disapproval, without the right of substitution.

Disapproved items:

Absence of defect (no damage found by the customer).

Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.

Evidence of accidental damage.

Natural wear and tear due to use

Automatic purchase cancellation:

The cancellation of the order and release of products purchased at the initiative of VQ JEWELLERY will be automatic in the following situations:

Impossibility of executing the debit corresponding to the credit card purchase.

Inconsistency of data filled in the application.

Failure to pay the bank slip.

Absence of stock.

The refund of values ​​at the initiative of VQ JEWELLERY will occur in the following situations:

Impossibility of delivery of the purchased goods, given the inexistence of the delivery address as indicated by the buyer, or its non-accessibility. If delivery is not possible for this reason, the product will return to our Distribution Center, generating return by VQ JEWELLERY of the amounts corresponding to the prices of the products, excluding freight costs.

If there is a lack of merchandise purchased by the buyer on the VQ JEWELLERY website, due to the occurrence of sales of the product, the amounts paid to the buyer will be returned, using the same payment method used for the purchase. In these situations, the buyer will be notified of the incident.
